This study aims to analyze the performance of regional expenditures on Budg-et Realization Report (LRA) at Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Sukabumi Regency.
 The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique. popu-lation in this entire Budget Finan-cial Regency for 2018-2020 period. And sample sampling nonprobability with purposive technique using data consisting of; Expenditure Variance Analysis, Growth Harmony Effi-ciency Ratio Analysis. For collection are observation, interviews, docu-mentation. From results study, it was found that district expenditure terms realization stated be running well. However, there still a need more optimization improvement use budget by Agency.
